Café Encanto is a full-circle family dream come true! Our dad grew up surrounded by the coffee fields of Colombia, and our mom spent over 19 years living and breathing the coffee industry — so honestly, this business was always brewing (pun intended).
In 2023, we took the leap together — mom, dad, and two daughters — and brought the flavors of Colombia straight to your cup.
Our star of the show, the Sea Salt Spanish Latte, started as Mom's treasured family recipe before she gave it that signature twist everyone can't stop talking about.
